Program Eligibility

Applicants must be:

• • Be currently enrolled in or have graduated from an accredited medical or nursing program.
  • Have completed Senior High School (for pre-medical programs).
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be medically fit (proof of vaccination and valid travel insurance must be provided).

Registration & Payments

• Fees: The program fee covers consulting services, administrative support, visa processing, and hospital fees. It does not include airfare, transportation, accommodation, or personal expenses.
• Payment Deadlines:
  • Service and consultant fees must be paid in full upon receipt of the acceptance confirmation to secure placement and initiate document and visa processing.
  • Hospital fees must be settled either one day prior to arrival or immediately after
    completing the first-day orientation at the hospital, and no later than one day
    after receiving the invoice from us.
• Refund Policy:
  
  • We kindly inform all applicants that all payments made for the Elective Program Internship are non-refundable.
  • Upon payment confirmation, we immediately initiate a series of essential preparations, including securing hospital placements, coordinating with
    consultants, and arranging administrative support, all designed to ensure a
    smooth and rewarding internship experience in Bali.
  • These preparations involve commitments with our trusted partners and
    significant resource allocations, which unfortunately cannot be reversed.
    Therefore, we are unable to process refunds under any circumstances.

Internship Obligations

Participants must:

• Comply with all rules and regulations of the hospital/clinic and the laws of Indonesia.
• Uphold the reputation of the hospital/clinic and PT. Griya Lumbung Sari.
• Maintain professional behavior and dress appropriately; violations may result in termination from the program without a refund.
• Submit all required documents (CV, passport, guarantor letter, hospital agreement,
  declaration letter, and any other necessary documentation) prior to arrival.

Responsibilities & Risks

Griya Lumbung Sari shall not be responsible for:

• Travel disruptions (accidents, natural disasters, pandemics).
• Personal injury or loss of personal belongings.
• Events beyond the control of PT. Griya Lumbung Sari.
• Insurance: Participants are required to possess valid and comprehensive travel/medical insurance.

Visa & Legal Compliance

• We assist with visa application and extension processes; however, visa approval remains at the sole discretion of Indonesian immigration authorities.
• Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws during their stay in Indonesia.

Intellectual Property

• All program materials (guides, logos, company profiles) are the property of PT. Griya Lumbung Sari. Redistribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy

• Personal data is collected solely for administrative purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.

Amendments & Termination

GLS Bali reserves the right to amend program details or fees with prior notice. We also reserve the right to terminate participation for any breach of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Denpasar District Court.
