We will confirm you via email approximately 2 – 6 weeks after registering (depending on availability and hospital confirmation)

We wait for complete documents and the first payment, a maximum of 4 months before the elective study begins

For payments, you can use Wise to get cheap transfer fees (processing time +/- 1 week) and we can track your transaction

The first payment includes visa processing, so don't worry, we have prepared your visa

Payment of hospital fees (second payment) can be made when you are in Bali/during the first day of orientation (prices adjust to current prices)

The supervisor will be announced on the first day of orientation, because it will be adjusted to the schedule each week.
